Should you already have another general contractor in place, MBM’s Consulting Program includes preliminary budgeting, scheduling assessment, and construction method analysis. We work seamlessly with your existing team through a combination of site visits, plan review, architectural, and owner meetings. Our involvement can be as simple as a phone call or as in-depth as requiring several weeks of investigation and report preparation involving:

  • property due diligence
  • monitoring contractor progress and performance
  • construction methods and material recommendations
  • plan review and recommendations
  • other programs as may be required.


MBM is a highly active management partner. Our project manager and director of construction attend your project meetings and formal minutes are prepared for your review. Schedules are assessed and updated regularly with materials, methods, and shop drawings forwarded to you and your architect prior to execution. Our superintendent will coordinate all agency inspections, ensure site safety, and maintain a construction log throughout the project. Upon approval of final building occupancy, the project manual and as-built drawings are prepared for your records. All billings are presented in standard A.I.A. format.
